Privacy Policy

DuneGuard Pest Defense ("DuneGuard," "we," or "us") provides an interactive pest-entry-point guide and a request-for-contact experience for Arizona homeowners. This policy explains what information the DuneGuard website and mobile experience collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or coverage conversation, you may provide:
- your name, phone number, and email address;
- your ZIP code and optional street address;
- the pests, property locations, severity, home size, and story count you select;
- an optional service package and campaign or request source; and
- your consent to be contacted, together with the request time and policy version.
How we use information
- to receive, validate, and respond to your quote request;
- to check ZIP coverage, pest coverage, and current routing capacity;
- to send a request to an appropriate service partner when routing is available;
- to provide request status and handle access, correction, or deletion requests;
- to protect the service, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records; and
- to understand product interactions using limited, non-contact analytics.
Contact fields are not included in the product-interaction analytics events used to measure the experience.
When information is shared
We may share the request details needed to respond with a licensed or prospective pest-service partner selected using ZIP code, pest coverage, and capacity. We may also use infrastructure and service providers that host the application, database, security controls, or request-delivery systems. We do not use quote information to sell targeted advertising.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect the service, investigate abuse, or protect the rights and safety of users and providers.
Retention and security
Quote records are kept only for the operational, routing, support, and legal purposes for which they are needed. The lead system has a configurable retention period, with a 90-day default in the application, after which direct identifiers are redacted when no active delivery or legal hold requires them to remain. Personal information is protected with application-level encryption where stored and access controls, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
The quote form asks for consent before sending a request and explains that contact may occur by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible quote information using the private tracking token from your quote receipt below. A request begins a verification and review process; it does not automatically cancel a service or erase records that must be retained by law.
Children and changes
DuneGuard is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. We may update this policy when the service or its information practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
